The Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI) is a global, cross-industry and business-led organisation focused on advancing corporate respect for human rights around the world, in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Mercator Institute of China Studies (MERICS)

Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS) is the largest European research institute focusing solely on the analysis of contemporary China and its relations with Europe and the wider world. Malin Oud has been a member of the MERICS advisory board since 2019.

Raoul Wallenberginstitutet (RWI)

The Raoul Wallenberg Institute is an independent academic institution established at Lund University in 1984. Malin Oud is currently an affiliated scholar at RWI, having previously served as Director of the Institute’s Beijing Office (2001-2009) and Stockholm Office (2016-2025).

Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) 

The Solar Stewardship Initiative (SSI) is a multistakeholder initiative working collaboratively with manufacturers, developers, installers and purchasers across the global solar value chain to foster responsible production and sourcing within the solar energy industry. Malin Oud has been a board member of SSI since 2025.
