Oct 8-10, Tracktwo delivered a series of interactive training sessions on corporate social responsibility to a group of senior representatives of Chinese state-owned enterprises in Beijing. The sessions were part of the Sino-Swedish Training Programme on Corporate Social Responsibility for Central State-owned Enterprises jointly organised by the CSR Centre of the Embassy of Sweden and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). The training programme consists of two modules; with the first module in Beijing and the second module in Sweden on 13–21 October. The focus of the programme is to learn how leading Swedish companies are integrating sustainable strategies into their daily business operations. In Beijing, Tracktwo delivered training sessions on CSR, stakeholder engagement, environment and human rights. This week in Stockholm, we will focus on materiality analysis, anti-corruption and management related challenges. 17 Chinese companies participate in the training programme, including China North Industries Group Corporation, China Southern Power Grid, China Power Investment Corporation, China Telecommunications Corporation, China Electronics Corporation, Baosteel Group, China National Building Materials Group and Sinosteel.
